CNC 3500, four-axis linkage, is controlled by CNC. It is the ideal equipment for block cutting and processing, including column slab, pillar, Roman column, numeral, letter, Chinese characters,etc..
Main features are as follows:
1. The main motor uses inverter for speed control.
2. The track uses steel frame reinforced structure, much stronger.
3. The worktable is 360° rotary and adopts double nut structure, more stable,
4. Synchronous lifting through intermediate drive makes its cutting more stable and efficient.
5. The cantilever gearbox uses S-type waterproof structure to prevent water damaging the bearing and insure the accuracy of the cutting radian.
6. Aluminum wheel diameter is 1600mm.The dynamic balance on aluminum wheel makes each position of the same weight and ensures accurate cutting.
7. The lifting structure uses 16 surfaces slideway and 28pcs rolling wheels structure, making the support more stable and adjusting the gap after the pillar wears, which greatly enhances the cutting stability and elongates the bead rope’s service life.
